Centerless Grinding Machine – Model G

This new model G can reach performance (in terms of quality and working speed) that is not possible to find on the market, plus the well known reliability of all the products that Landgraf have made during the years.

• FEEDING SPEED up to 25 m/min
• DIAMETER tolerance down to h5
• OVALITY/ROUNDNESS 1/3 of starting material
• ROUGHNESS down to Ra < 0,1 μm
• MATERIAL removal on diam. up to 0,5 mm

This machine uses the same double grinding wheel technology and the feeding and polishing disks as in the original model, with some important mechanical and electronics upgrades.

Overcoming the concept of double passes roughing + finishing, with the achievement of H6 tolerance in one single pass.
Achieving very high tolerances up to h5 in continuous production.
