Sawing Machine – Model S/SC

Landgraf has included in its portfolio of products a new type of machines, to perform the automatic sawing operation or the combined sawing and chamfering operation.

We can design and proposed different handling and solutions for the customer:
• STAND-ALONE SYSTEM for dedicated operation
• MULTI-HEAD SYSTEM to minimize cycle time
• COMPLETE INTEGRATED LINES for sawing and chamfering bars with different and flexible cycles.

According to the different applications and material, the sawing machine model can be equipped with:
• Sawing with CARBIDE TIPPED SAW BLADES
• Sawing with ABRASIVE DISK
• Sawing and chamfering combined operation

Landgraf has decided to redesign the sawing machine from the beginning with new engineering solutions that help to overcome all the normal production and quality problems of the cutting process.
