Peeling Machine – Model KW

Following the increasing demand of the market, to produce peeled material in small dimensions, Landgraf has developed a new type of peeling machine, mod. “KW”, focused on the production of WIRE. These models have been designed to work COILS OF WIRE with dedicated pre-straightening system and high rotation speeds of the peeling head in order to reach a high cutting speed also on the small diameters.

• RPM of the peeling head up to 3500 rpm
• FEEDING SPEED up to 45 m/min
• DIAMETER TOLERANCE down to h8
• ROUGHNESS down to Ra < 0,9 – 1,2 μm

Landgraf is able to propose complete Peeling lines starting from the coil rolled products, until the final finished bars including:
